LEADING IN TIMES OF TRANSITION AND ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY
This 1-day course will give you structured models to use in guiding staff through times of uncertainty. The skills acquired in this workshop will give you the leadership capacity to lead an insightful and respectful process to support staff during difficult times. Learning will include the skills to: recognize, honor & manage the natural reactions to uncertainty; define the reality of the situation and a road map for staff to be able to clearly envision the future; create open dialogue & maintain open lines of communication; define clear support strategies for you and your staff; establish a routine to ensure self care; identify opportunities in the midst of loss; discover and learn to avoid common mistakes made by leaders in times of economic uncertainty.
