Using the Emotional Intelligence and Diversity to enrich your professional capacity. Each participant will develop an enriched understanding of themselves and will: identify and develop their own leadership style; learn effective intercultural leadership skills and practice those skills during the course of the workshop; develop a working knowledge of emotional intelligence as it relates to interculturalism and workplace diversity; increase capacity to lead during time of transition; and, participate in the building of an enduring community among participants that will continue beyond the series of classes Next Class: TBD
